The space

Take the lift or stairs to this homey apartment, which has an open-plan living space with a large corner sofa, TV and dining area to seat four.

The corner kitchen offers everything you need to prepare and cook meals and is well positioned to take in the ocean views and socialise with your family or friends in the open-plan living area.

The sliding doors lead to the covered balcony with dining for four and overlooks the ocean and pool, making it the idyllic space to enjoy meals or drinks.

The main bedroom features a queen bed, built-in robes and ensuite with corner shower. The second bedroom offers two single beds and built-in robes. The main bathroom features a shower over corner bath and the washing machine and dryer.

This delightful complex has a BBQ area and a family friendly heated pool with deckchairs, shaded by palm trees, providing a lovely environment to unwind.

There is air-conditioning is in the open plan area and ceiling fans are throughout.

There is a dedicated underground car space, with access to the property via the car park staircase, lift or through the pool area. On-street parking is also available.
