Renowned Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are only a 15-minute walk over the hill.

The space

Enter 2/1 Bottlebrush through the outdoor covered seating area, through the glass sliding doors, and into the open dining and kitchen. Unique exposed brick walls are featured throughout, and cool tiled flooring runs across the lower levels. There is seating for 5 in the dining area, plus additional seating at the coffee table and breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare and cook meals.

Take a few stairs down into the lounge room, which has a sofa and 3 armchairs, a TV with DVD player and a large selection of films. Soft and warm wall lighting offers a relaxing atmosphere and large sliding doors open onto a small balcony area, which is great for letting in the fresh air.

Take the stairs to the third level, where you will find the first carpeted bedroom with 3 single beds (a maximum of two guests can sleep in this room due to local laws), a built-in wardrobe, and a balcony. Next door is the main bathroom with a shower and full laundry facilities.

Take a few more stairs up to the top level to the main carpeted bedroom which features a queen bed, 2 built-in wardrobes, and a balcony that overlooks the pool. The ensuite has a corner shower.

There is a garage for one car.

Split system air conditioning is in each bedroom and the dining/kitchen area, which spills air into the lounge room to cool right through the property. Ceiling fans are in all rooms.
