About this property

The Beach House at 22 Adams Street in Sunshine Beach is perfectly located for surfing and beach fans looking for no-frills accommodation. This is a classic but unrenovated beach shack reminiscent of days gone by.

The nearest beach access point is less than 100m away with the patrolled area 5 minutes further north. The property is pet-friendly and has a very large enclosed grassed garden at the front of the property.

This older style timber home sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms. While there is no air-conditioning or pool it offers ocean views from the deck outside the main bedroom. Open up the sliding doors that surround the house and let the ocean breezes do their job. Relax on the spacious front deck after a hard day on the beach with a pre-dinner drink.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed while the 2nd has a Double bed. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the main bedroom, has a shower and bathtub. There is a separate WC. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The modest living area is simple but comfortable. There is a small TV with DVD player and lots of DVDs provided.

Please note that there is no Wifi provided.

Pets are welcome on approval, fees do apply, and they must remain outside at all times.
