An amazing house to stay at. Very comfortable and beautiful views from the deck. Very close to the beach and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again.

You know as soon as you enter the front gate at Breezes at 31 Pacific Avenue, Sunshine Beach, that you’ve found your perfect luxury getaway place. The lush tropical foliage surrounding the inviting pool area and the neutral paving stones leading you to the front door, soothe and calm the senses from the get-go.

31 Pacific Avenue, Sunshine Beach, has been fully renovated with careful attention to detail and sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms.

Before you get to the oversized timber front door you’re welcomed by a comfortable outdoor lounge area. This spacious front deck overlooks the pool and catches the morning sun. It’s a perfect place for enjoying your early cuppa.

Step inside to the lower level of the house with its cooling tiled floor and timber furnishings, and you’ll find 3 bedrooms and a large lounge area with TV. A laundry with washer and drier and a bathroom with shower are also located on this level.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature Queen beds while bedroom 3 has 2 x Single beds. Each is tastefully and individually decorated and reflect the calming personality of this beautifully appointed home.

Follow the timber and glass stairs upstairs and you’ll find a study nook at the top. Straight ahead and situated at the front of the house is the master suite. It features a Queen bed, wall-mounted TV and a large walk-in-robe. There is a beautiful ensuite with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

The 5th bedroom is situated at the back of the house and has a Queen bed and plenty of robe space. It is adjacent to the 2nd main bathroom, featuring walk-in shower and bathtub. There is a separate toilet.

The house has ducted air-conditioning and glass louvred windows throughout. These allow the cooling sea breezes to circulate in summer and capture the warming sun in winter.

The main living area has ocean views and is very spacious. There is a dining table to sit 10 and a breakfast bar integrated into the galley style kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped and provides ample space for food preparation and entertaining.

Choose to eat inside or outside, the choice is yours. A large deck area on this level features an outdoor integrated BBQ area, and an outdoor table setting for 10. The deck overlooks the pool allowing you to relax while keeping an eye on the kids or enjoying the sunrise.

After dinner, relax on the outdoor deck, or retreat to the very comfortable lounge area. Listen to music on the sound system provided, or enjoy a movie on the large wall-mounted TV. You can even watch out for whales from the house telescope!

31 Pacific Avenue, Sunshine Beach, really does ooze serenity and style and provides plenty of space for everyone to relax in. The downstairs area is perfect for sleeping multiple children across the 3 bedrooms. With their own lounge area, TV and bathroom, parents can retreat upstairs. This house is also great for larger groups or up to 5 couples.

31 Pacific Avenue is within an easy 10-minute walk of the main Sunshine Beach village and the patrolled beach. It is also serviced by the local bus that goes to popular Hastings St. Or just choose to take advantage of everything that Sunshine Beach has to offer, leave the car at home and stay local.

Secure parking for two cars is available behind the property’s gates (not undercover). The garage is not available for guest use. There is video-phone entry and a secure front entrance gate.
