Located in the exclusive and peaceful Noosa Dunes residential enclave, 33/512 David Low Way sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, so there is plenty of room to accommodate one large family or two families.

It has been completely restyled by a local interior design company with furnishings and colours reflecting the inspiring coastal and natural surroundings.

Noosa Dunes is a luxury residential gated complex that is situated between Castaways and Marcus Beach on the ocean side of David Low Way. Perched amongst the sand dunes and surrounded by lush natural bushland, Iluka is the last house in a small cul-de-sac and the perfect place for families to reconnect and relax. With direct beach access near the house, you can be on the sand within seconds or you may choose to explore the cycle/walkway which passes by the estate, which extends up the coast to Noosa or south to Peregian Beach.

The Space

Spread over three levels, the house has been designed to make the most of the blue water vista, with every room showcasing stunning ocean views. On the main, mid-level, you can choose to relax in one of two lounge rooms, curl up with a book in the sitting room, or make the most of the outdoors on the sprawling deck which has a BBQ, comfortable seating area, and dining table. You might even spot a whale or two. Downstairs, a rumpus/media room, undercover games area, and heated pool offer plenty to enjoy.

There are two master bedrooms to choose from. The upper level is given over entirely to the very spacious and very luxurious main master suite that has the best views in the house. Wake up to the sound of waves or watch the sunrise from the king bed, take a nap on the reclining lounge chairs, or indulge in the private spa with views that extend right down the coast.

The second master is located on the bottom level with direct access to the pool area. It has a king bed that can be split into two king singles, an ensuite, a walk-in robe, tv and a kitchenette with tea and coffee-making facilities.

The main living level has a queen bedroom, double bedroom, twin single bedroom, and a study room with a king single plus trundle bed. The queen and single rooms share a lovely private patio with seating that catches the morning sun. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with a WC separate.

The kitchen is well equipped to cater to a large group and features all mod cons including a steam oven and Nespresso coffee machine.

The secure garage can accommodate 2 cars with room for another in the carport adjacent to this. Please note that the driveway is narrow and curved so care should be taken on the bend. Only 3 guest cars are able to enter the Noosa Dunes estate, please keep this in mind when making your booking as there is no additional car parking in the complex.

There is a surfboard, boogie boards, and some beach toys available for guest use, in addition to a table tennis table, books, and DVDs.

With air-conditioning throughout the house, ceiling fans, and large retractable doors to let in the sea breezes, your comfort is assured.

Please note this property is located in a quiet residential area and is best suited for families looking for a peaceful holiday. In order to respect the neighborhood, we request guests to bring all noise inside after 10 pm.
