The Space 

Enter the property through the garden terrace on the first floor, where you’ll find the main sleeping quarters. To your left is the first bedroom, stylishly appointed with a Queen bed, Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite that includes a large walk-in rain shower, toilet, and double vanity. This room features a wall of glass louvres overlooking the pool area. 

To your right are two additional bedrooms, each equipped with two King Single beds that can be made into King beds upon request. These rooms open onto a shared outdoor terrace featuring a comfortable day bed, and share a modern bathroom complete with brass fixtures, a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. The expansive pool area on the ground level, complete with ample sun lounges and outdoor furniture, is ideal for relaxing, sun-filled days spent dipping in and out of the water. In the cooler months, the pool can be heated upon request. 

Ascend the timber stairs to the second floor, where you’ll discover the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. At the heart of the home, the kitchen features a spacious island bench, perfect for effortless conversation with friends and family. This well-equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining, with modern appliances and stone benchtops. For seamless indoor-outdoor living, simply slide back the glass bifold doors to access the covered deck, complete with a large outdoor dining table for eight and a BBQ. The deck is fitted with outdoor heating so it can be enjoyed at all times of the year.
