1/15 Belmore Terrace is a two-bedroom first-floor apartment in a complex of just five. It has recently been completely renovated. It is fresh and modern with a huge wraparound terrace and view over the shared pool. It’s perfect for a small family or 1-2 couples looking to enjoy some quality time together.
The main living area features a smart kitchen complete with all mod-cons. There is a dining table to seat 8 and a large comfortable couch that looks out onto the terrace. There is a SmartTV with Netflix. Glass and louvred sliding doors on both sides of the lounge area can both be opened to let the cooling ocean breezes in. There is also air-conditioning in this area.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-through robe, and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has two singles, one of which has a trundle underneath. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Both have sliding doors out to the terrace with louvred shutters.
There is a second bathroom with an over-bath shower and a small integrated laundry.
Outdoors on the terrace, there is a dining table for 8 and a BBQ for guest use. For those with children, the terrace overlooks the pool allowing parents to relax while the kids swim within eyesight.
Sunshine Beach is patrolled all year round. The village is a 200m stroll away and offers a good selection of cafes, bars, and restaurants. The apartment really is in one of the best locations from which to enjoy everything that this popular beachside suburb has to offer.
