The space
A short driveway leads to the front gate to the building where there is space for two cars in the secure double garage. A convenient, covered shower is also located on this level. You can enter the apartment via the lift or stairs from the garage or by the side gate, which leads to the terrace.
As you step inside the entry court, you will be greeted by wide double glass doors into the light drenched foyer from the picture feature window to your left, looking out onto a bed of plants. To your right you will find the fully equipped laundry.
Along the Stone floored hallway, you will find the first carpeted bedroom on your left, complete with built-in robes, queen bed and ceiling fan. The bedroom looks out onto the internal courtyard and has access onto the BBQ terrace.
Opposite you will find the sleek and modern, family-size bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Next door is a queen-size bedroom with a built-in robe, TV, and a beautiful outlook with access to the main terrace. The clean-styled main bedroom is complete with a king bed and is next door with access to a quaint and private open courtyard. A huge walk-in robe with floor to ceiling mirrors is tucked away behind shuttered sliding doors, an idyllic space to get ready at leisure. Next door is the stylish, fully tiled ensuite with walk-in shower, double vanities and plenty of storage behind mirrored cabinets.
Back out into the hallway and into the open-plan living, you will be delighted by the lofty ceilings, plantation shutters, VJ-profile doors and banks of louvres designed as breezeways. The carpeted lounge area has a sofa and two chairs around a coffee table, set amongst statement accessories. With large windows spanning the entire living area, along with two full length mirrors, the space is bright and airy.
The dining area seats six and is well positioned to take in the outdoor views. Here you can slide open the doors onto the wide terrace that wraps around on the north-westerly sides. There is more undercover seating, along with two-seater chair – a relaxing spot to read or daydream. A leafy, park-like backdrop and a giant staghorn-studded hoop pine fringes the exterior, where Noosa’s waterways and the hinterland can be glimpsed through. A few steps down is the exclusive pool terrace, a wonderful area to socialise and enjoy the fine weather.
From the pool you can also enter the apartment via the side terrace, which features a generous covered, BBQ area. Enter the unique long galley-style kitchen with rich red cabinetry, featuring stainless steel/granite benchtops, a long island breakfast bar and premium appliances. A great setup for preparing a hearty family meal.
There is a combination of ducted/split air-conditioning and fans throughout.
