The space

A short driveway leads to the front gate to the building where there is space for two cars in the secure double garage. A convenient, covered shower is also located on this level. You can enter the apartment via the lift or stairs from the garage or by the side gate, which leads to the terrace.

As you step inside the entry court, you will be greeted by wide double glass doors into the light drenched foyer from the picture feature window to your left, looking out onto a bed of plants. To your right you will find the fully equipped laundry.

Along the Stone floored hallway, you will find the first carpeted bedroom on your left, complete with built-in robes, queen bed and ceiling fan. The bedroom looks out onto the internal courtyard and has access onto the BBQ terrace.

Opposite you will find the sleek and modern, family-size bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Next door is a queen-size bedroom with a built-in robe, TV, and a beautiful outlook with access to the main terrace.  The clean-styled main bedroom is complete with a king bed and is next door with access to a quaint and private open courtyard.
