10 Depper Street is a tranquil and tropical pet-friendly beach house in popular Sunshine Beach. Charming and comfortable this is a great house for the whole family to relax in and be near the beach. It’s a very short stroll to the main Village and patrolled beach.
Recently renovated throughout, 10 Depper Street sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. High ceilings and skylights allow lots of natural light and air into the house and help to keep it cool in summer. Air-conditioning is provided in the main living area and the 2 main bedrooms.
Kids will love the large plunge pool and spa (not heated) at the rear of the property, and while there is limited grass available there is a dog-friendly playpark close by, in addition to off-leash sections along the beach.
A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need while on holiday. There is a breakfast bar to seat 4 and an additional dining table to seat 8. Opening doors off the kitchen and lounge area can be opened up to let the air flow through.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. There are a walk-in robe and ensuite with a shower. The second main bedroom has a Double bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has 2 x Singles and a ceiling fan only (no air-conditioning). These rooms share a bathroom with a large bathtub and rain shower.
Please note: This pool is solar heated, meaning it does not get warm in winter as it will only get as warm as the day temperature.

| Pets are welcome on approval – fees do apply. Please note, that dogs are allowed inside, but they are strictly not allowed on the furniture or the bedrooms. If there is any evidence of dogs being on the beds, in the bedrooms, or on any other furniture, an extra fee will apply.
