Perched on the sunny north-facing side of Noosa Hill, 14 Angler Street captures impressive views and an absolute abundance of natural light throughout. The split-level living areas provide lots of space for the whole family to spread out, and the large back garden and external games room will keep everyone entertained.
Sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, this superb family residence flaunts absolute luxury. Every detail has been meticulously planned. Step inside and you won’t be disappointed.
The two-storey entrance foyer with glass atrium is welcoming and light-filled. Elegant sleek travertine tiles and warm spotted gum timber flooring throughout are cool in summer but warm in winter.
The entrance level features a very modern gourmet entertainer’s kitchen. There is a cosy corner breakfast table to seat 4 and an additional breakfast bar to seat 4. The main dining table to seat 8 is situated on the middle level of the house. A den off the kitchen with lounge seating is ideal for kids to use as a playroom or for quiet contemplation.
The very comfortable downstairs family room has a large wall-mounted SmartTV. This area opens out to the timber pool deck through beautiful glass and timber bi-fold doors. It receives full sun and is the perfect place to relax and soak up some warmth. Or enjoy evening canapes and drinks as the sun goes down on another perfect day in Noosa.
The fabulous resort-style pool is also bathed in full northern sunshine and is surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Enjoy your holiday novel from one of the four daybeds. There is an additional spacious and undercover pool-side dining area with an integrated BBQ area that provides shelter from the sun.
Back inside, the second living/dining area on the middle level also opens out onto a private balcony deck with a high table and stools. Glass and timber stacker doors slide away for a seamless flow between inside and out, and offer stunning views out over Laguna Bay and beyond. There is excellent airflow throughout the house when doors and windows on both sides are open.
The guest bedrooms are situated on the upper level of the house. The master suite with beautiful timber King bed features a large walk-in dressing room and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The luxurious travertine ensuite with large bathtub, separate walk-in rain shower and double vanities also provides ocean views – lookout for passing whales and dolphins from the shower!
The other 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms all have Queen beds, with the 3rd and 4th bedrooms sharing a balcony. Overlooking the beautifully designed back garden it provides views out to the Noosa Hinterland. These rooms share a spacious travertine bathroom with large bathtub and walk-in rain shower. There is a separate WC.
Kids and adults alike will love the games room that is housed in the double garage at the back of the house. There is a pool table, table tennis, darts board, music system, golf clubs, cricket bats, numerous sports balls, beach chairs and umbrella, surfboards, boogie boards, skateboards, and a large Esky for guest use.
The large grassed back garden, which is fully secure when the front gates are closed, is a great place for a game of cricket or for running off energy.
And if you’re visiting 14 Angler Street at Easter or Christmas time decorations have even been provided for you to decorate the house with.
