The Space

On the first level lies the heart of the home in the spacious open plan living area. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors & shutters bathe the floors in warm sunlight, while splashes of green interiors elevate the soothing expanse of tropical treescape surrounding the property.  16 Witta Circle has been designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living and sets the tone for nothing but relaxation.

The secure garage can accommodate 2 cars with room for another car in the driveway if needed. Please note that parking within the street is free, however strictly monitored.
