2/8 Bayview Road on Noosa Hill offers stunning views out over Laguna Bay, Noosa River and beyond to the Hinterland. Sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms this luxury Penthouse is modern and comfortable. The living area is on the top level of the house with the 3 bedrooms on the lower level. Large picture windows in the living area provide picture-perfect views that you just won’t tire of.

The main bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with marble finishings and a shower. It shares a small terrace with the bedroom next door. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen bed. Both rooms have TVs and ceiling fans. A third bedroom has a built-in bunk bed (sleeps 2) and opens out onto an enclosed artificial grassed area at the front of the house. These two rooms share a bathroom with a freestanding bath and double over-bath showers.

The light-filled open plan living/kitchen area with its high ceilings has breathtaking views over the ocean. The waves rolling into Main Beach and across the river mouth are mesmerising. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped while the lounge area is spacious and comfortable. A large terrace with outdoor dining, large daybed and retractable shade is the perfect place to enjoy Noosa’s sunsets.

There is a shared pool for guest use. Air-conditioning is available throughout, including the bedrooms, but with fully-retractable doors in the living area, you can enjoy the ocean breezes that sweep up the hill. The house has secure intercom entry.

There is secure garaged parking for one car – the garage also houses the laundry. Additional on-street parking is available.

Our second year at 2/8 Bayview, and we have already booked for next year! A lot to love about the apartment, it has a bright airy feel about it. The views from the deck are fabulous. It is in a quiet part of Little Cove and about ~10 min walk to the beach (albeit up/down some hills). I cannot speak more highly of the property managers. Lovely, friendly people to deal with. They go above & beyond to help you enjoy the stay.
