The Space

Entering the home, via the 2-car garage or front door, you’ll be positioned in the grand open-plan living area on the upper level. Appointed with oak flooring, high ceilings, neutral furnishings and luxe décor, the home’s natural beauty is striking.

The captivating scenery of the lake beyond is a calming backdrop for the open plan living space, dining, and kitchen, with the indoor spaces seamlessly flowing out onto the expansive balcony.

The contemporary kitchen is fitted with high-end Miele appliances, stone benchtops, and a large island bench with bar seating – this space is ideal to appease any passionate cook.

The dining space seats six and is perfect for a more intimate experience. Or, opt for dinner on the balcony which is beautifully positioned to take in the lake and complex views. The balcony also holds a BBQ and lounge furniture to make for a comfortable stay.

The living area is complete with a Smart TV, linen lounge and two occasional chairs, offering an ambient setting to unwind together. On the upper level you will find a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and a powder room positioned adjacent.

Downstairs, luxury fittings and coastal art are subtly positioned, leading to the two guest bedrooms and master suite. The spacious master suite is complete with a king bed, TV, occasional chair, and a walk-in wardrobe. Open the sliding glass doors to take advantage of the captivating vista from your very own balcony, with a private grass courtyard also located here. Focusing on privacy and offering a peaceful scene, you will spend endless days and nights taking in the environment within this delightful zone. The luxury ensuite boasts a large bath and double basin, whilst frosted glass encloses the restroom and rain shower.

The guest bedrooms are positioned adjacent, opening onto a spacious joint balcony that overlooks the complex and lake. Parkridge Noosa is adjacent to the Noosa Springs golf and spa complex with clubhouse restaurant, tennis courts, spa and championship golf course.

Guests of 2102/13 Lakeview have access to the Parkridge space offering a cafe, convenience store and the renowned ALBA by Kuruvita restaurant. There is also a shared 25m pool and a gym (fees apply) offering classes and massage within the complex.

Parkridge is an 8-minute drive to both Hastings Street and Main Beach, and to the surf beach at Sunshine Beach.
