This delightful apartment is only a few minutes’ walk to beautiful Sunshine Beach, which is patrolled and has an off-leash area. The Surf Club and delightful village centre is on your doorstep, where you’ll find a fabulous selection of restaurants, cafés and shops.
Sleeping up to 4 guests, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is perfect for families looking for a relaxed beach holiday. Children can safely play in the gated, heated pool, while you relax on the deckchairs. The undercover BBQ area is near the pool and gardens, offering the idyllic environment for outdoor dining.
The Space
The tiled, open-plan living space features a lounge area with two sofas, TV and a dining area to seat four.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook meals and is well positioned behind the lounge area, making it easy to socialise with your family. Behind the kitchen is a small study.
Slide open the doors to let in the fresh sea air and to access the covered balcony with dining for four. This is a great spot to enjoy your meals or relax with a drink, where you can take in the views of the garden to the ocean beyond.
At the other side of the apartment are the bedrooms and bathroom. The neutral toned and carpeted main bedroom has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe and TV, which opens to a small courtyard with louvered privacy screens and additional seating. The ensuite features a shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be zipped together and built-in robes. The main bathroom features a shower over corner bath and the washing machine and dryer.
There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
The car park space is not available for guest use, street parking is available close by.
