The space

As soon as you enter, you will be wowed by the stunning pool area, which is tastefully presented with statement brick pillars and luxurious travertine tiling that also extends into the house. The covered alfresco area overlooks the pool and has ample seating, ceiling fan, outdoor kitchen facilities and BBQ. This area can be opened with the stacking L-shaped sliders, creating a smooth, effortless flow.  Bar style seating is excellently positioned to take in the Noosa River view and the two sun loungers are secluded from street view.

Through the grand front door and into the open plan living, you will be struck by the dramatic high ceilings, distinctive Ralph Lauren light fixtures and dark marble stone fireplace. Preparing and cooking meals will be a breeze in the fully equipped, spacious kitchen. Ultra-modern, the kitchen features the same dark marble on the benchtops and backsplash and 3 more Ralph Lauren lights over the island bench.

Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas have seating for 8 and each area offers excellent views of the beautifully flowing living spaces. The lounge area is opposite the kitchen and next to the electric fireplace and features two leather couches and a large smart TV – the perfect cosy corner to unwind.

3 Robert Street extends back from the open living spaces and the cinema room is just behind. Painted completely black, with soft wall lighting, 3 leather, partially reclining couches, retro carpet and huge projector screen – you can enjoy the ultimate cinematic experience.

The spectacular main bedroom is on the right of the hall and its neutral, warm tones go wonderfully with the lush green plants directly outside the window. Featuring a king bed on a spongy carpet, this quiet room will offer an excellent night’s rest. The contemporary ensuite is reached through the walk-in robe, which is split on either side. Two vanities mirror each other as you reach the freestanding bath at the far wall. Tucked behind each vanity, the huge walk-in shower occupies one space and the toilet in the other. This is the ultimate, luxe bathroom experience.

Further down the hall, the second bedroom is just as magnificently styled as the main and features a queen bed, soft carpeting and a built-in robe. The thoughtfully designed ensuite is impressive with a roomy walk-in shower, double vanities and toilet.

Bedrooms three and four are almost identical in size and both have queen beds, built-in robes and spongy cream carpets. They share a central family bathroom, complete with a freestanding bath, large vanity area and roomy walk-in shower. A separate toilet is in a centralised area to all bedrooms.

The laundry is next to the family bathroom and has outdoor access to the clothesline and the back of the house, where there is a small lawn area, bordered by plants. From here you can walk around to the pool area or garage on either side of the house.  Inside the double garage, you will find the timber sauna – this house truly has it all.

This house is perfect. Everything you could possibly want was provided. The media room was a great bonus. We loved the pool which gets the morning sun which warms it up. The house is situated near all the Noosaville restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The house is spotless. It is literally across the road from the Ferry stop. I cannot rate our experience high enough.
