The Space

From the gated courtyard the floorplan opens through to an expansive atrium bathed in beautiful natural light. You’ll be instantly drawn to the two-story glass door framing the entrance, and the double-height ceiling.

Adorned with polished concrete and timber finishes – this residence embraces a soothing neutral colour palette. The ebb and flow of the Noosa River is a calming backdrop for the open plan living space, dining, and kitchen, with the indoor spaces seamlessly flowing outdoor.

The chef style kitchen is embellished with timber cabinetry, white marble benchtops and high-quality appliances – offering everything you need and more for your holiday.
