The Space

From the gated courtyard the floorplan opens through to an expansive atrium bathed in beautiful natural light. You’ll be instantly drawn to the two-story glass door framing the entrance, and the double-height ceiling.

Adorned with polished concrete and timber finishes – this residence embraces a soothing neutral colour palette. The ebb and flow of the Noosa River is a calming backdrop for the open plan living space, dining, and kitchen, with the indoor spaces seamlessly flowing outdoor.

The chef style kitchen is embellished with timber cabinetry, white marble benchtops and high-quality appliances – offering everything you need and more for your holiday. The expansive island bench lends itself to congregation and conversation – or rather enjoy a glass of wine in the more intimate setting of your courtyard.

This property is absolutely breathtaking and it was the perfect setup for our two families to come together for a relaxing holiday. The photos don't do the location, or the home, justice - in fact it would be very hard to capture the spaciousness, calm elegance, and relaxing nature of this incredible space. Its easy proximity to everything - the river, beach, shops, cafes, trails in the National Park - makes it completely top-notch. With the huge deck overlooking a wall of greenery across the river, the heated pool, comfy outdoor loungers, private sandy beach with kayaks and paddleboards, and the flow of inside/outside living, it is very close to holiday nirvana.
