The Space

This villa has been thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the tropical outlook and invite the natural light into every space. Enter the property through the gated fence to the private garden. Here the kids can play safely whilst you get cosy on the swing chair, read a book, and enjoy the enviable lifestyle.

The ground floor boasts an open plan living, perfect for both entertaining and relaxing alike. The bright kitchen sits centrally to encourage conversation across the entire space. Well equipped, this room has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal with your loved ones.

Choose between the breakfast bar, outdoor dining on those warmer summer nights or indoor dining for more intimate occasions. Relax in the comfortable lounge area and enjoy a film on the large Smart TV – perfect for a family movie night.

Sliding glass doors open out on to the spacious undercover alfresco, where you can cook a BBQ, play in the backyard, or opt for some shaded seating area.

The villa dedicates the upstairs level to the three bedrooms, ideal for families with younger children. The two guest bedrooms have a verdant outlook and a built-in robe, with bedroom one complete with a queen and bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. A luxurious shared bathroom sits central to the bedrooms, with a large bathtub/shower and double vanity.
