Here, you are away from the hustle and bustle of Noosa, but close enough to be amongst it in minutes.

 

The Space

As you step through the secure gates, a private oasis unfolds before you, adorned with landscaped gardens and a welcoming front courtyard. The grandeur continues indoors, where a hallway guides you towards the heart of the home – a stunning indoor-outdoor living area.

Functionality intertwines with luxury, as seen in the gourmet kitchen, complete with marble benches and high-end appliances, and the adjoining butler’s kitchen with integrated laundry facilities. Slide open the doors and step into your private outdoor entertaining haven with the alfresco kitchen boasting a barbecue, dishwasher, sparkling water on tap, and pizza oven – perfectly complemented by ample seating options for open-air dining and lounging.

The living space warmly welcomes you, offering a place to curl up by the fireplace with a good book and a glass of wine, meticulously designed for late-night conversations with friends or relaxing solitude. Positioned adjacent is the living room, designed for indulging in your favourite films or simply unwinding after a day of adventure

The home is a testament to refined comfort, with a king master suite overlooking the pool, three well-appointed queen rooms, and a separate queen guest suite. The main bathroom serves the guest bedrooms centrally, accompanied by a private powder room, while the master suite boasts its own ensuite. Pet Policy

Well-behaved, house-trained dogs (max. 2) are welcome at the property upon application. A $250 fee applies. They are NOT allowed in bedrooms or on furniture, additional charges will apply if evident, however, the area is gated. We are lucky enough to host some of the largest coastlines in Queensland, with pet-friendly beaches traversing from Peregian Beach, through to Sunshine and Sunrise Beach, and nestled at the end of Hastings Street. Here your pooch can spend the day leaving pawprints in the sand at some of the best dog beaches in Noosa.
