The top level of the property comprises the master suite with its own balcony offering ocean glimpses. Featuring a King bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and travertine tiling, this is a lovely retreat. In addition, there is a separate adjacent parent’s retreat/study with TV and integrated desk space, 2 more guest bedrooms, both fitted with a queen bed, plus an additional bathroom with an integrated bath/shower.
The middle level has a very well-equipped and sleek modern kitchen featuring stone benchtops and Miele appliances. Next to the kitchen at the front of the house, a cosy dining corner with seating for 8 has sliding windows on 2 sides that can be pushed back to create an alfresco area. On the other side of the kitchen is the main lounge, overlooking the lap pool, featuring a wall-mounted smart TV with Foxtel. There is an additional indoor/outdoor dining area with BBQ next to the pool that flows seamlessly from this lounge area. An additional rumpus room/kids play area is located next to the separate WC at the back of the house.
This property is located just 50 metres from the village and 200 metres from the patrolled area of Sunshine Beach.
