5/2 Park Crescent, a seaside apartment is only a few minutes’ walk to the patrolled beach, Surf Club and the charming Sunshine Beach village, where you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, cafés and shops.

Sleeping up to 6 guests, this second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is ideal for families that want to slip into laid-back beach life.

This boutique complex has a gated, pool with deckchairs and an undercover BBQ area set within pretty surroundings.

The space

The open-plan living space overlooks the garden and has two lounge areas, one with a sofa, TV and coffee table and the other has armchairs that convert into single beds, which the kids can sleep on.

The dining area seats four and there are two bar stools at the kitchen bench. Gather your family to prepare and cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Slide open the doors to let in the fresh sea air and dine alfresco in the circular, covered balcony with seating for six. This is a great space to enjoy the views over the garden to the ocean beyond.

The bedrooms and bathroom are at the other side of the apartment. The main bedroom has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe and wall mounted TV. The ensuite features a spacious shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in robes. The main bathroom features a shower over corner bath and the washing machine and dryer.

There is air-conditioning in the open plan area and main bedroom, and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms.

There is a dedicated underground car space, visitor spaces and on-street parking.

Sunshine beach was perfect for us as quieter than other spots. Easy walk to coffee and dinner. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Great to have covered parking especially as we had some stormy weather. Favourite activity was walking along the beach and round to Noosa. The team were very helpful and responsive.
