Thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger families or a group of friends, this home sleeps up to 14 guests across​ four bedrooms and three bathrooms. With a focus on connection, it effortlessly blends family intimacy and luxury entertainment.

With stylish furnishings and elegant accents, this residence exudes a sense of luxury and warmth with pale timber elements, soft neutral tones, and exquisite finishes. The practicalities of a holiday home have been brought into the design, with an expansive outdoor living area, pool table, outdoor fire pit, dual pool (solar heated) and spa (electrically heated), and a fabulous gourmet kitchen with a chef’s pantry.

About this property

From the gated entry, the floorplan opens through to an expansive open-plan space that’s bathed in natural light. Touches of warmth are brought in through soft furnishings and various textures, thoughtfully chosen with modern conveniences. It’s the perfect meeting of contemporary design and functionality.

The living room welcomes you in, with ample seating situated around the TV and a luxury built-in fireplace setting the scene for nothing but relaxation. The pool and stone feature wall make for the perfect backdrop behind the reading nook.

The sleeping arrangements are endless, with each equally stylish and spacious. Situated at the far end of the house, the luxe master suite features timber wall-to-floor cupboards, king bed, and an ensuite. The modern ensuite is complete with a free-standing bath, double shower, basins, and toilet.

The second bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom is complete with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and a separate main bathroom sitting adjacent.

The kids’ retreat is at the front of the house and sleeps up to 8 with 3 double-sized bunk beds. This bunk room includes a wall-mounted TV that will keep the little ones occupied.

The laundry holds a washing machine and two separate dryers, with outdoor access to the clothesline. There is no doubt that this home truly offers a Noosa luxury holiday experience of the highest standards and will create lasting memories for all who stay here.

Great location, only 10min walk to Hastings st. We loved the outdoor area and pool. We made great use of this area.

Our family had a wonderful experience in this home over the Xmas period in 2019/2020. Our family of five were very comfortable here, and also had another family join is for several days throughout this period - there was plenty of space for all! The home is perfect for families, with great amenities, an excellent pool and very close to the heart of Noosa - without being too close to the masses. We highly recommend this property!
