Artfully designed across three stylish levels, 8 guests can spread out across four bedrooms, two spacious living areas, and two kitchens. Banks of expansive glass frame the interior, flooding it with natural sunlight and offering a panorama of endless blue ocean and sky from every space.

Staking its claim in the renowned Orient Drive, Sunrise Beach – you have everything you need only moments away. It is a leisurely 5-minute walk to the local favourite, Chalet, and Co café, or a 10-minute stroll from the charming village of Sunshine Beach. Fine dining and boutique retail at the Noosa Junction and Hastings Street are only a short drive away.

 

The Space

Nestled within a shade of pandanus, palms, and frangipani trees, when you enter the gates of Saltwater, you are entering your very own private slice of paradise.

Spacious and stylish in equal measure, you are welcomed into the second level of the property where the bedrooms reside. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are positioned at the front of the property and are complete with two single beds, a mirrored robe, and a TV. At the guest’s request, these two bedrooms can be made into king beds. Open the doors to the shared balcony wrapping around the North side of the house to soak up the coastal sea breeze and water views. A spacious bathroom and separate powder room sit adjacent.

The master suite takes centre stage with its awe-inspiring views of the ocean and beyond. With its stunning coastal interiors equal in beauty, this bedroom is a destination in its own right. Treating the primary guests to a king bed, walk-through wardrobe, and open bathroom. Native treescape and coastline scenes make for the perfect backdrop in your double shower and free-standing bath.

Upstairs lies the heart of the home in the spacious open-plan living. The spacious kitchen is embellished with white-stone-topped cabinetry, green accents, and high-end appliances, enough to appease any passionate cook. Sliding doors open out onto the barbeque terrace overlooking the Western sunset. Plentiful seating allows congregation and conversation to flow across the space, with meals served casually at the island bench, around the dining table, or on the large balcony. The living space lends itself to intimate conversations, game nights, or afternoons winding down to a good film.

On this level, floor-to-ceiling glass doors bathe the timber floors in warm sunlight, while splashes of neutral interiors elevate the soothing expanse of the ocean across the entire eastern coastline. The interplay of indoor living and outdoor set the tone for nothing but relaxation.

Saltwater’s lowest level is an entertainer delight. A large living space is positioned centrally, with a kitchenette and study acting as bookends. Designed for leisure, the kitchenette is ideally positioned around the alfresco dining, inviting you to share an afternoon drink with family and friends. Slide open the glass doors to enjoy outdoor living, flowing from the covered patio to the grass lawn and impressive infinity lap pool framing the native bush and ocean backdrop. On this level, you will also find a powder room and large guest retreat, complete with a seating area, king bed, and spacious ensuite.

Well-behaved, house-trained dogs (max. 2) are welcome at the property upon application. A $250 fee applies. They are NOT allowed in bedrooms or on furniture, additional charges will apply if evident, however, the area is gated. There is direct beach access (a 2-minute walk) via an underpass directly opposite the house. The off-leash dog beach extends for approximately 5km along the beach to the south
