The Space
This Mediterranean inspired villa is located within a leafy complex through security gate entry. The ground level caters to guests, offering an entire floor dedicated to a guest suite fitted with a Queen bedroom, two additional single beds can be made up in space for children (contact the office to arrange), and combined bathroom and laundry. The children’s open space offers two single beds, and the attached bedroom is complete with a double bed and private courtyard offering an idyllic leafy outlook. This floor is accessed through a separate entrance to the main house and can be accessed by stairs that lead from the private courtyard at the rear up to the first level of the main house.
Enter the front door and the terracotta stairs lead you to the expansive and bright open plan living space. The second level comprises of the living area, dining space and kitchen all beautifully positioned to take in the oceanfront vista. The main living area features a kitchen fitted with stainless steel bench tops, timber cupboards and new appliances. There is a dining table to seat 8, and a comfortable couch to enjoy a movie. Large stacker doors open out onto the balcony with an outdoor table setting and stairs down to a leafy courtyard. There is also a small balcony with a Weber BBQ that opens out from the kitchen, allowing a cool flow in the summertime. Take advantage of the stunning panoramic ocean views from this level when you are cooking for the family, hosting at the dining table, or unwinding in the living space.
Ascending the curved entry staircase to the second level, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 2 features a double bed and private balcony overlooking the front of the leafy complex. The adjoining main bathroom provides a shower, basin, and toilet. Positioned at the other end of the hall is the master suite, featuring a double bed, walk in robe, and an ensuite comprising of both a walk-in shower and bath. This spacious bedroom provides a standing balcony and sweeping ocean views you would never tire of, from sunrise to sunset – you don’t even have to leave bed.
On the upper level of the house, you can choose from two private rooftop terraces, with a view of the leafy street or Sunshine Beach coastline. From here you can enjoy the morning sunrises, starry nights and the refreshingly cool breezes which sweep up from the beach.
The secure complex has its own shared pool on site, shaded with tropical gardens.
Undercover parking is provided for 1 car or street parking is available. The garage is not for guest use.
