6/5 Selene Street is situated directly across from the Sunrise Beach access point, you’re only steps away from the golden sands, and the prospect of relaxing days spent by the beach. This property offers a sense of peace and privacy away from the hustle and bustle but is still in close proximity to the very best that Noosa has to offer.

Recently renovated, this space has been styled for a sense of serenity. It’s a fitting canvas for the panorama of the gleaming ocean, blue skies, and swaying coastal palms.

 

The Space

Bathed in sunlight and warmth, the open living hub takes advantage of the ocean views and cooling breezes, inviting an immediate sense of calm.

With generous space to draw on, the open living and dining area offer an eight-seater dining table, three-seater couch, occasional chairs, and a smart TV – furnished perfectly for comfort. Appointed with free-form concrete, white flooring, and a wood fireplace.

The well-equipped kitchen lends itself to congregation and conversation among family and friends whilst preparing a delicious meal. Alternatively, take a short drive to the Noosa Junction or Hastings Street for the ultimate culinary experience. For a slice of the beautiful natural climate, opt for alfresco dining on the covered balcony.

The master bedroom stakes its claim at the front of the property. With direct access to the balcony, you fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean and wake up to the sun rising over the water. This master suite is complete with a queen bed, vibrant ensuite, and dual wardrobes.

Two additional bedrooms are positioned at the back of the penthouse, opening onto a spacious joint balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. Bathed in sunlight, bedroom 2 has a double bunk bed, sleeping up to three guests – perfect for a kid’s retreat. Bedroom 3 offers plenty of space and a queen bed for two guests. A shared main bathroom is positioned adjacent and incorporates the laundry.
